The three partners are:

A.H. (Buddy) Herman

Anthony Hyman (Buddy) Herman commenced practice as an Attorney with Abe Swersky & Associates in 1966, after obtaining his LLB at the University of Cape Town. Although involved with virtually all aspects of a legal practice, his expertise lies mainly in the field of commercial matters, including the drafting of all types of agreements and Litigation as well as family law matters - including matrimonial work, custody and maintenance issues. He is married with two children, is widely read and enjoys and participates in most outdoor sporting activities.

Louis Brian Segal

Brian Louis Segal commenced his career at Abe Swersky & Associates Attorneys in 1975 as an Articled Clerk, was admitted to partnership in 1981, and has been practising with the firm ever since. He deals mainly with Family Law, as well as High Court Litigation, Deceased Estates and Labour Legislation. Brian currently serves on the Family Law Committee of the Law Society of the Cape and on the Family Law Committee of the General Law Society of South Africa.

Aldo Scribante

Aldo Scribante started at Abe Swersky & Associates in 2006 after obtaining his LLB degree at Stellenbosch University. He served as an Articled Clerk under Abe Swersky before being admitted as an Attorney in 2008. Aldo deals with a wide range of Litigation in the High Court and Magistrates' Courts, including all aspects of Family Law and Commercial Matters.
